Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of carabaobrewing.com (the "Site"), run by Carabao Brewing ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Drink responsibly

The Site is about beer. You must be of legal drinking age (21 and over on Guam) to buy or drink alcohol. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

Information on the Site

We work to keep beer details, the tap list, Rush Hour times and Beer Finder locations accurate, but they change: taps rotate, batches vary and stores sell out. The Beer Finder lists places that carry Carabao based on our distribution records, and we can't guarantee a place has a particular beer on the day you visit. If it matters, call the place or us before you go.

Purchases

We don't sell anything through the Site. Purchases at The Pit Stop, at stores and bars, and keg rentals or distribution arranged with us happen in person or by agreement with us, and the terms given at that time apply.

Our content

The Carabao Brewing name and logos, our can artwork, photos, videos and text belong to Carabao Brewing or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to the Site, but please don't copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Using the Site

Don't use the Site for anything unlawful, try to disrupt it or gain access to systems behind it, or collect its content with automated tools at a volume that affects other visitors.

Other websites

The Site links to other services, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.

No warranty and limits on liability

The Site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Carabao Brewing is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Guam.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
